The Government has not extended the legislation which allowed Parish and Town Councils to hold virtual meetings, and this legislation will expire on Friday 7th May 2021. The Parish Council will therefore be back to in person meetings and the first of these will be held on Tuesday 11th May 2021 at the Village Hall.
At 6.30 pm there will be the Annual Parish Meeting for residents and then this will be followed at 7.00 pm by the Annual Parish Council Meeting.
Residents are welcome to attend and the Hall is a covid-secure venue. Social distancing will be in place and the QR codes should be used to scan in on entering the building. Anyone who doesn't have the app or a smart phone, must give their name and contact number to the Clerk to record their presence for monitoring purposes as per the regulations in force for covid-19. Hand sanitisers are in operation throughout the building and those attending should enter via the main door and then exit via the rear door and walk around the building back to the car park - these measures are in place to prevent groups gathering.
